Black Friday Test Drive Event November 2024

Mission:

Yemm Chevrolet, Inc aims and intends to give back to the community in which it builds business through a test drive event in a no cost sweepstakes.

Eligibility:

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Yemm and immediate family members of any such individuals (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize.

Must be at least 18 years old to enter and win.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants.  4 prizes will be awarded.

Schedule:

The Sweepstakes begins November 29, 2024 and ends December 2, 2024. ("Entry Period"). Four (4) names will be drawn at random within 30 days of the end of the Entry Period.

How to Enter:

No purchase necessary. Purchase does not improve chances of winning. You can enter this Sweepstakes by visiting Yemm Automotive at 2195 N. Henderson Street, Galesburg IL 61401 and completing a test drive with a Yemm team member. You must submit all required data in order for the Sweepstakes entry to be valid. Only entry per person and 2 entries per household.

Conditions of Entry:

Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor(s) and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects.

Sponsors, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and/or any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winners permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable value determined in Sponsors' reasonable discretion, will be awarded. 

Drawing:

The drawing from the Sweepstakes entries will be drawn publicly at Yemm Auto Group. Four (4) names will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of qualifying are determined by the number of entries.

Contest Rules:

All decisions of the Sponsors are final. If, in Sponsors' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with or alteration of any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes or void any affected entries.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Redemption and Verification:

The qualifiers will be notified by telephone or email, if provided. If a qualifier cannot be contacted from the information provided on the registration form within 72 hours after drawing, Sponsors reserve the right to select another qualifier in its sole discretion. Qualifiers will need to provide proper identification prior to the Contest beginning. To claim their prizes, winners must sign the Sponsors' affidavit and publicity release and tax forms (if applicable). If a winner is disqualified, Sponsors reserve the right to determine an alternate winner. If a winner fails to sign the affidavits and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.

Conditions of Participation:

This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their employees, contractors, officers, directors, and representatives from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activities and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Sweepstakes.

By participating, you grant Sponsors permission to the use of your name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
